Notably, the areas surrounding the gilded pores display a prominent black corrosion from the silver band beneath. Following the Jin Army's conquest of the Northern Song Dynasty, many Imperial Royal Kiln artisans sought refuge in the South. It is surmised that approximately half of the workforce integrated into the Imperial Guan Kilns, while the remainder joined the Longquan Kiln, resulting in Longquan wares displaying stylistic similarities to the illustrious second commissioned Royal Ru Kiln wares.
